Challenge:
Many of our District Social Services Administration Board (DSSAB) clients face the challenge of organizing program data for their various services in a manner where key statistics are up to date and easily available for internal program planning and mandatory Ministry reporting.
Solution:
Our team developed cleaning process for raw data files and utilized PowerBI to make interactive dashboards that showcased elements such as important program participation data and a geographic breakdown of data in addition to a variety of other key indicators available to the client through user friendly filters and graphics.
When dashboards are required to be shared with the public, data entries were anonymized to ensure client confidence was maintained.
