KEyON
KEyON allows for businesses to gain a deeper understanding of their client’s attendance and behaviour. It makes it easier for you to capture important information about your clients.
KEyON is a web-based, digital sign in application that allows for fast and simple sign-in for users providing information that can be used for program planning. Users create an account and carry a key tag with a QR code that can be quickly scanned at entry/exit points.
Important information such as what time people are signing in and out, busiest days of the week and more is automatically captured allowing organizations for better planning.

SurvON
SurvON is a customizable survey to gain insights on your client needs. Gaining client feedback can be tricky. Acorn’s SurvON creates digital surveys that are easily accessible through a QR code or a tablet located at your location.
Surveys can be created at any time and be available to the public for any set period of time. Once the survey period is over, reports can be accessed with the responses tallied for a quick overview of the feedback, allowing you to see what your clients have to say.

WaterOn
WaterOn is a customized solution we developed for use in group living facilities to monitor water temperatures daily to ensure the safety of the cared for people.
We created this for Community Living agencies that report water temperatures to the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. By capturing and storing information electronically, the reporting process is much smoother, creates a significantly smaller margin of error, and increases efficiencies for staff at Community Living agencies across the province.

Vulnerable Person's Registry
The VPR allows you to rest easy, knowing that your community’s most vulnerable will have their needs met during an emergency.
The Vulnerable Persons Registry (VPR) aims to improve your safety by providing key information to local fire, police, and paramedics in order to help them be more aware when addressing emergency situations.
If your municipality has an Emergency Management Coordinator, then the VPR is something that can be implemented in your community.
Acorn created the VPR to be able to assist the most vulnerable in emergencies by implementing a voluntary registry that holds key information about yourself or vulnerable people in your life. Once on the registry, key information (i.e. John Doe lives on the 6th floor of an apartment building and is hearing impaired) will automatically be shared with first responders when responding to emergencies.
Acorn Information Solutions has implemented this program in Sault Ste. Marie for over 11 years and has expanded across the North and to Wood Buffalo (Fort MacMurray).
